Thank you for shopping with Living Bliss.

As a boutique wellness business, we carefully pack and ship each order with care. We are a small, two-person operation—not a mass fulfillment warehouse—so we appreciate your patience and support.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours of purchase.

Business hours for order fulfillment are:

Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST
Sunday & Monday: Closed

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Saturday will be processed beginning the following Tuesday, when our boutique reopens.

Orders placed outside normal business hours will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s delivery schedule.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

Carrier delays
Weather events
Holidays
High order volume
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow tracking updates time to appear after label creation.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is entered, delays, returned packages, or additional shipping fees may occur.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
